Where would we be without pollination? For one, we couldn’t provide farm to table dining.... Did you know more than a third of what we eat relies on bee pollination?

The sweetest collaboration is coming to F.A.W.C!... St Georges Restaurant has teamed up with The True Honey Co. for an event that will leave you buzzing. Soak in the warmth of the setting sun in the St Georges courtyard, mingling with other F.A.W.C!ers while sipping a Mānuka inspired cocktail (yum!). Once the sun has set, you’ll move through to the long table for an intimate and special candlelit dinner. The team will be plating up a remarkable 5 course degustation inspired by the pollination cycle: flowers, pollen, fruit and vegetables, the earth and honey. Indulge in seasonal, regional and sustainable produce with a highlight on Mānuka honey. A truly unique experience not to 'bee' missed!

Ticket price includes a 5-course dinner and a welcome drink on arrival. Additional drinks available from the bar.
