Excellent wine is the perfect partner to outstanding cheeses – so when Oak Estate and Nieuwenhuis Cheese team up to deliver a four-course tasting menu, you know something special is in the works.
Enjoy canapés and a glass of Methode Traditionalle on arrival, before sitting down for your degustation, shared plate, menu showcasing the best of Niewenhuis Cheese.
Producers, Ann and Geoff Niewenhuis will be on hand to speak to the cheeses while Stefan Loetscher can offer tips on the best wines to pair with each cheese.
Ticket price includes: canapés and a glass of Methode Traditionalle, 4 course in shared plate style. Please note we can cater for gluten free.
